When the suncomes out life just seems that little bit better…
For a week I was blessed to be living it up in an amazing villa surrounded by amazingfriends. Our week started out with sun-bakingand silliness and ended with sangria and siestas.
Casa Vela, ahidden treasure on the west coast of Ibiza near Sant Josep.
Where better to call home for a week than afully equipped villa with a gorgeous outside kitchen, glistening pool andcountless sun lounges for the guests.
CasaVela became a home away from home as we explored Ibiza.
With the fridge stocked and the alcohol benchoverflowing, we had everything we desired at our fingertips.

Day one lead a few of us to venture out of the confines of your blissful villa where we found
Sunset Ashram located on Cala Comte, Ibiza. A venue we so vividly loved we had a family dinner with most of the crew a few days later to take in the sunset over Ibiza. It's a hard life...

Big thanks to Feldon at
Boutique Ibiza for arranging a 12 seat Sunseeker for the day.
Our crew cruise the open waters and escaped to paradise.
Words cannot capture the beauty that was seen as we sliced through the crystal clear waters around Ibiza, stopping to explore the caves and snorkel with the local marine life.
We were truly living the dream.
What else is there to do when you have spent the morning cruising than to stop at a neighboring island for lunch…

| Paradise - sailing around Ibiza |
As we pulled up to Formentera, it was a short stroll to
Tiburon Beach Club where we sipped sangria and had some of the best sashimi I have ever eaten.
A sample of the local grappa and we were taxied back to our boat for an afternoon of lounging on the bow and dipping in the sea.
One would wonder how you can top a day of sailing through the open waters with great friends but we managed to finish on a high by ferrying in to beach club Blue Marlin for a few cocktails to sign off the day.

As the next day rises and we reflect on the amazing day at sea we begin to plan for the night of nights at “F*** Me I’m Famous” at Pacha with a set by David Guetta. Rolling in VIP Style our group is ushered to a table and given the menu. Selecting a bottle of Bombay Gin and two bottles of Vodka our night had begun…The music was pumping, the lights were flashing, smoke machines were on fire…how could it get any better…dancers…adorned in skimpy sequined outfits we had women in heart shaped swings and topless men dancing around poles. The party was heating up and the bottles were slowly becoming empty. When the dancing became too much and the legs needed a rest there was a gorgeous rooftop terrace with large cane armchairs to relax in, Pacha had thought of everything. As the night continued and David Guetta took to the decks the club was layered with light sticks that gave an epic presence and feel to the evening. In the wee hours of the morning, and before the house lights came on, I slipped away with a few friends and headed back to the sanctity of Casa Vela. The music still pumping in my head we sat down to an amazing home cooked breakfast before hitting the pillow…

In our ventures around Ibiza a few of us had stumbled across an amazing traditional Spanish tapas restaurant in Sant Josep - Raco Verd.
Lined with gorgeous flowers, the venue offered the best Sangria we had during the trip.
The final day in Ibiza was by far the best for me, we hit the local beach by Casa Vela, where we sipped
Moet and hadn’t a care in the world, we made our way to Sant Josep and Raco Verd where we ordered2 liters of sangria between 3 of us…the need for food was clear…a selection of tapas made their way to our table and come the end of our indulgence it was clearly siesta time…

London…adiós Ibiza, the memories will last a lifetime…
